Two New International Cultural Tourism Routes to Be Launched in Chengdu

  On March 22, 2018, Sichuan Airlines officially announced that it will open two direct international flights of Chengdu-Yangon in Myanmar and Chengdu-Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam on March 27, 2019 and April 1, 2019 respectively. These two routes are included in the international cultural tourism routes in the construction of the "48+14+30" international passenger and freight strategic channels in Chengdu. Chengdu will have 21 international cultural tourism routes to different countries and regions in Asia by then.


  In terms of the 30 international cultural tourism routes overall plan, in addition to Sichuan Airlines' upcoming direct flights to Yangon and Ho Chi Minh in 2019, China Airlines will also open a new international direct cultural tourism route from Chengdu to Nagoya, Japan.
