Thai Tour Operators Conducts Negotiation with Chinese Travel Agencies in Chengdu

    On November 29, 2016, tour operators of Thailand exchanged views with their Chinese fellow travel agents in Chengdu. This promotion conference was co-organized by Tourism Authority of Thailand, Association of Thai Travel Agents and tourism associations in both China and Thailand. It aimed to introduce Thailand government's relevant policies on promoting quality tourism and to build a platform for the communication between Chinese and Thai tourism workers.


Tips: From December 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017, visa fee is waived for people who apply for tourist visas at Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate General; VOA (visa on arrival) fee is cut from 2,000 THB (around 400 RMB) to 1,000 THB (around 200 RMB).
