To take the lead in attracting investment focusing on key industries, key areas and major projects; to coordinate the site selection and transfer of major projects and improve the system to achieve orderly transfer of the projects; to provide services for external investors, process their complaints, organize the working meetings of the Leading Group for Opening Up, coordination meetings of major project and symposiums for foreign-invested enterprises and assist local governments with investment promotion; to study investment promotion policies and create a comparative advantage of investment attraction.
