Chengdu's First "24-Hour Self-Service Court" Opens Officially

  Recently, People's Court of Wenjiang District established and officially opened the first "24-hour self-service court" in Chengdu, providing a 24/7 litigation service.


  The "24-hour self-service court" of People's Court of Wenjiang District is situated on the outer right of the gate with an initiative planning in July 2019 and completed at end of November. In December, various self-service terminal devices including smart cloud cabinets and self-service payment machines were introduced successively. Citizens can swipe their ID cards to verify the identity conformity automatically, and to handle procedures like inputting the case filing information, paying for litigation fees, etc. The self-service terminal machines can also automatically help with case risk assessment, appointment, information verification and materials transferring without time limitation.
