Poland UNESCO World Heritage Photography Exhibition held in Chengdu

On October 29, 2017, the "Poland UNESCO World Heritage Photography Exhibition" was held at the Sichuan Provincial Library. On display are gorgeous pictures of 15 places in Poland inducted by UNESCO into its World Cultural Heritage list, including the largest primeval forest in Europe the Białowieża Forest, magnificent underground salt sculptures in the Wieliczka Salt Mine and Bochnia Salt Mine, the archetypical Renaissance town of Zamość, and the historical centre of Kraków known for being home to one of Europe's largest city squares. This Photography Exhibition is a constituent activity of the 2017 Polish Days in Chengdu taking place right now. Beginning today and lasting until December 27, during the span of the Exhibition a range of other serial events will also be held at the Sichuan Provincial Library including Polish Music Sharing Fair and Polish Tourism Promotion Fair.
